Meet Nicola Ford
Dennis Ford Consultancy Ltd was founded in 2025 by Nicola Ford — a property professional with deep roots in both the UK and Jamaica. Nicola established the company with a clear mission: to be the trusted partner that diaspora communities and overseas investors have always needed but rarely found.
Having witnessed first-hand the challenges faced by Jamaican diaspora trying to invest in property back home — navigating unreliable contractors, opaque processes, and the sheer difficulty of managing a project from overseas — Nicola built a consultancy that removes every one of those barriers.
With experience spanning property management, project delivery, and client services in the UK, Nicola brings the rigour and professionalism of the British property market to every engagement — whether that project is in London or Kingston.
